Best Handgun Triggers

Trigger Alert

Welcome to the Gunbunny101 newsletter!

Today I’m discussing the different types of triggers for handguns and the best ones available.

When it comes to handguns, the trigger is one of the most important components. It’s the part of the gun that you use to fire the weapon, so it’s important to choose the right one for your needs. There are several types of triggers available, including single-action, double-action, and striker-fired.

Single-action triggers are the simplest type of trigger. They require the shooter to manually cock the hammer before each shot. This type of trigger is usually found on revolvers and some semi-automatic pistols.

Double-action triggers are more complex than single-action triggers. They allow the shooter to both cock the hammer and fire the weapon with a single pull of the trigger. This type of trigger is usually found on semi-automatic pistols.

Striker-fired triggers are the most common type of trigger found on modern handguns. They are similar to double-action triggers, but they don’t require the shooter to manually cock the hammer. Instead, the trigger pull both cocks and releases the striker.

Now that you know the different types of triggers, let’s take a look at the best ones available. Here are the top 5 best handgun triggers:

1. Apex Tactical Specialties Action Enhancement Trigger – This trigger is designed for use with Smith & Wesson M&P pistols and is designed to reduce trigger pull weight and improve trigger feel. Although you can purchase them for most any handgun.
